WHAT IS THE GENERAL RETURN POLICY AT BEARLY?

7 DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at BEARLY — you can return items that qualify as returnable/refundable under this policy within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure that the product is unused and that the tags, boxes, and other packaging are intact.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly take it back within 7 days from the date of delivery. However, please note that if you are unavailable when the delivery executive tries to deliver the product and the product is later delivered at a different time, the delivery date will be considered the date and time the delivery executive first attempted delivery. 

Refunds for any products or orders will be initiated only after the returned item is received at the address provided. For cancellations made before the order is shipped, our standard cancellation policy will be applicable.

In situations where a replacement cannot be provided for any reason, a refund will be issued instead.

Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of query resolution. Processing time may vary based on your bank and payment method—please check with your bank for exact timelines. A transaction ID will be shared via email, SMS, or call for confirmation.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, customers must email their bank details. It may take 3–15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM, WRONG PRODUCT, OR MISSING UNITS IN MY ORDER?

If an item is damaged, incorrect, or if units are missing, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products to our customer care at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a reverse pickup and issue either BEARLY Store Credits or a replacement item, depending on availability. Please note that replacements are subject to product availability. Additionally, the option to return or exchange will be at the sole discretion of BEARLY and in accordance with our Terms of Service.


THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT:

    1. Damages due to misuse or incorrect use of the product

    1. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product

    1. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers

    1. Combos sold as a set will not be taken back/returned as individual units

    1. Any damage or defect not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty

    1. Products returned without original packaging and accessories (including the box, manufacturer’s packaging, and all other items originally included with the product)

Please note that if any item is picked up for return and found missing original packaging and accessories, it will be returned to you at your own cost. If you wish to reinstate the packaging and accessories, they should be sent to us via SpeedPost at your cost.


I NEED TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM; HOW DO I ARRANGE FOR A PICK-UP?

We offer exchanges for eligible products within a limited time frame. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact. Exchange requests can be made through our support team. Applicable fees may vary based on product value.
